CEO of KRUK Italia, a credit management company and part of the KRUK Group, the company with the largest market capitalization among publicly traded companies in the sector in the world.
Born and raised in Gdynia, Poland, he began his career with an education at a naval technical school, but soon discovered a passion for political science and entrepreneurship.
At the age of 22, he embarked on his professional career as an entrepreneur, founding his own business in Poland's emerging debt market.
In 2004, he seized the opportunity to join KRUK, where he held roles of increasing responsibility, including managing the expansion of field debt collection facilities and coordinating the country's largest investigative office. In 2015, he led KRUK's expansion into western countries, Italy and Spain, demonstrating extraordinary expertise and leadership and contributing to the Group's international development, taking KRUK Italia from a start-up to a well-established, leading retail unsecured business in 9 years.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors for KRUK Italia and AgeCredit in Italy.
In addition to his professional endeavors, he has developed a deep passion for Italy, where he has been living for several years with his family. Italian culture, art, cuisine and landscapes have had a significant impact on him, enriching his personal and professional life. His love for Italy has become a hallmark of his personality, so much so that he considers Milan as a second home.
